1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of rugsrat.com (“Website”), including your purchases of any products (“Products”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by RugsRat.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, errors).
  • Order confirmation and payment receipt do not guarantee acceptance; you will receive a separate confirmation once your order ships.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • Product images, descriptions, and pricing are provided for your convenience but may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • In case of error, we reserve the right to correct or refuse orders based on incorrect information.

4. Payment, Currency & Taxes

  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc., as shown at checkout.
  • All prices are shown in the currency you select (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CHF).
  • Prices include only the cost of the Product and shipping—it’s your responsibility to cover any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days and ship worldwide in 7–9 business days, but it depends on your location and on your order.
  • Orders over USD 70 qualify for free worldwide shipping .
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates; RugsRat is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.
  • Customs orders tends to take more time to make than regular orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We offer a 14-day return window from delivery for defective or damaged Products only (EU Only, US depending on the case).
  • To request a return, email help@rugsrat.com with evidence (photos, description).
  • Once approved and Product received, we offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge .
  • Custom or personalized Products may be non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, product images, artwork, trademarks, and designs are owned by RugsRat or used under license.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any such content without prior written permission.

8. User Content / Reviews

  • You may submit photos or comments of received Products (“User Content”).
  • By posting, you grant RugsRat a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and promote the User Content on any platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RugsRat’s liability for any Product is limited to the purchase price.
  • RugsRat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold RugsRat harmless from any claims or losses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the Website or Products;
  • Your violation of third-party rights.

11. Privacy

  • Information you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the Website, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.

12. Changes to Terms
